Who Are We?

Established in 2011, BanterFlix is a Northern Irish website that brings together local people who have a passion for cinema.

Starting life as a solitary blog run that was set up by aspiring film-critic Jim McClean, BanterFlix soon evolved into a fully-fledged film review website that boasted an array of talented contributors.

BanterFlix is a proud member of Film Hub NI’s Community Cinema Network and through Film Hub’s support BanterFlix has been running regular film screenings and events in Belfast since 2015.
