The Strand Arts Centre, Belfast – Dirty Dancing Charitable Screening (01/08/2014)

THE Strand Art Centre in Belfast will be screening the 1980’s classic Dirty Dancing on Friday 1st August at 7pm. This special screening will be a fundraising event for local charity, Brain Injury Matters N.I. with all proceeds going towards the delivery of services within the local community.

There will be some great goodies and raffle prizes on the night as well as being able to relive one of Hollywood’s greatest 80’s classics again on the big screen.

Brain Injury Matters N.I is a charity dedicated to supporting people affected by an Acquired Brain Injury to rebuild their lives and reach their full potential in their community. All of Brain Injury Matter’s services aim to promote independence, foster personal development and support people to adapt to life after illness or accident.

Brain Injury Matters are the only charity in Northern Ireland offering free clinical services to survivors or ABI, with services including Physiotherapy, Music Therapy, Art Workshops, Yoga, Thai Chi, I.T Support to name but a few.
