BanterFlix has teamed up with Odyssey Cinemas Belfast to put on a special screening of Heathers.
Michael Lehmann ’s feature was the cynical teen comedy that laid the foundations for Mean Girls and Easy A to follow. Written by Daniel Waters the film stars Winona Ryder as the Veronica, a disenchanted mean girl who falls for Jason J.D.’ Dean, the rebellious new kid at school played by Christian Slater.
Chaos ensues as they attempt to dismantle their high school’s social hierarchy with one ‘accidental’ death after another.
